I paid for priority shipping; it shipped in a couple days and arrived in a couple of days.
I did spray on my arm before giving it as a gift since buying scents online is hit or miss. It really does smell like a gardenia garden, the scent isn't overly complicated, but has weight to it nevertheless. It was noticeable on my arm for a couple of hours, and then faded so you could smell it only if you hugged me. Not at all unpleasant, I loved how it lingered. The recipient loves it too. :)
